Delivery： The delivery was below expectation. The order was placed and payed for in the middle of January and it arrived early may. Thats close to 4 months of delivery time when the expectation was 60-70 days.  Quality： There were slight damages on some of the boxes which doesn't really impact the product. The vacuum seal was also broken/not done correctly, I assume it was done incorrectly since the two black PLA boxes all have the same issue. It's shown how loose the plastic wraps around the filament on the image. This is all really underwhelming since they were all whole and not damaged last time I ordered.  Design： The filament boxes were not how we agreed upon. I asked for neutral packaging but not a signle one had neutral packaging which was disappointing.  Service： However, despite all, the service was still great. Just like last time. Fast response with well provided answers for all my questions.
